Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of mathew-lincoln.com, including the AI Product Tools ecosystem, MIF Explorer, AI Handoff, supporting pages, written content, visual design, downloadable materials, and related interactive experiences published on this site.
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Ownership and proprietary rights
Unless otherwise stated, the site implementation, tools, page layouts, interface systems, copy, visual treatments, graphics, exports, code, documentation, and branding are owned by Mathew Lincoln or used with permission.
MIF Explorer, AI Product Tools, AI Handoff, and related names, logos, and tool branding are claimed as proprietary marks of Mathew Lincoln. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Limited site license
You may access and use the site and tools for your own review, education, internal planning, evaluation, and decision support while they are made available on the site.
This is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the site as delivered. It does not transfer any ownership, license, or other intellectual property right in the site or tools.
Restrictions and prohibited conduct
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, republish, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, white-label, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, decompile, create commercial derivatives from, or build competing tool experiences from the site or tools.
You also may not remove attribution or rights notices, use the site in a way that interferes with normal operation, probe or misuse public endpoints, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
- No cloning or commercial reuse of tool workflows, interface logic, branded frameworks, exports, or implementation patterns.
- No resale, service wrapping, or derivative tool replication based on the site or its outputs without written permission.
- No automated harvesting of site content, code, prompts, or data beyond ordinary indexing or lawful browsing.
Tool outputs and no transfer of rights
You may use the on-site outputs generated for your own internal planning, evaluation, or discussion. That permission does not grant any right to reuse the underlying tools, implementation, prompt structures, branded frameworks, visual system, or site copy outside the site.
Outputs may be informative, but they are not guarantees, certifications, or professional advice. If you use tool output for compensation, governance, staffing, legal, compliance, financial, or employment decisions, you are responsible for reviewing and validating that use independently.
Third-party materials and references
This site may reference public frameworks, benchmarks, standards, or third-party materials for context, comparison, or inspiration. Those references do not transfer any ownership or license in this site’s implementation.
All legal rights in third-party content remain with the applicable third-party owner. Rights in this site’s specific implementation remain with Mathew Lincoln except where third-party rights apply.
No warranties
The site and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
The site does not warrant that outputs will be complete, error-free, suitable for any specific decision, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mathew Lincoln is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, business value, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the site or tools.
If liability cannot be excluded entirely, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Suspension or termination
Access to the site or any tool may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time, including if misuse, scraping, cloning, resale, endpoint abuse, or other prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
