AI Product Tools / AI UX Process Builder
A workflow planning tool that helps teams decide which UX steps they need, in what order, with what level of rigor. Use it to explain the process visually, customize it for your team, and clarify what each step should produce.
This tool is designed for non-UX people too. Start with a preset, choose how much guidance you want, then shape the workflow visually while the playbook explains each step in plain English.

Shareable workflow snapshot for planning reviews, workshops, and executive conversations.
The UX Process Builder starts with a seven-step workflow that is broad enough for enterprise teams and clear enough for founders, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders who are not UX specialists.
Use the board to explain the process visually, adjust sequence, hide steps your team does not need, and add custom steps for approvals, enablement, or workshops. It is best for planning conversations and alignment.
Use the playbook to go deeper on one step at a time. Each step shows objective, activities, AI Assist, Next Practices, outputs, roles, entry criteria, exit criteria, and pitfalls in simple language.
Presets adapt the workflow guidance to different operating environments. Startup and lean presets reduce ceremony. Enterprise and regulated presets add overlays for accessibility, design systems, governance, compliance, and metrics.
AI Assist is practical acceleration, not replacement UX. Next Practices add more modern ways of working, including reusable prompt patterns, decision logging, system-aware handoff, and feedback loops back into reusable assets.
Preset overlays
These overlays are applied automatically by preset and appear inside the step playbook when relevant.
Accessibility checkpoint

Design system checkpoint
Connects workflow decisions to reusable patterns, components, and system governance.
Governance checkpoint
Introduces stakeholder alignment, approvals, and traceability for larger organizations.
Compliance and risk checkpoint
Adds traceability, risk review, and validation steps for regulated or high-risk environments.
Metrics checkpoint
Anchors the workflow in measurable outcomes, learning loops, and decision-ready evidence.
